Tim Bocage was born and lives in Dunkirk.
From an early age, he was immersed in art and creativity. His paternal grandmother, a painter, introduced him to the plastic arts at an early age and passed on her passion.
At the age of 20, while studying communications in Lille, he went to the Dunkirk Carnival. The explosion of color and creativity all around triggered a change in him: he returned to Lille, bought canvases, paints and brushes and enrolled in a school of applied arts.
He will be exhibiting for the first time in 2019, at the age of 23.
His path to abstraction was a gradual one...

La Galerie Le Container is an art gallery specializing in urban and contemporary art. It is located in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, the city of a thousand fountains, with its exceptional heritage and rich cultural life.
